Payment Terms
This page outlines the policies related to the capture of payments for invoices via the payment gateway used by Nighthack Labs. It is important that clients understand and agree to these policies prior to initiating payment through the designated gateway.
1. Invoicing
Nighthack Labs issues invoices based on work items that have been delivered. Each invoice reflects completed work and corresponds to the terms agreed upon by both Nighthack Labs and the client prior to the commencement of the work.
2. Payment Method
Payments can be made through a secure online payment gateway, which supports various methods such as credit cards, debit cards, and direct bank transfers. Details of the payment process and supported methods are clearly stated on the payment portal.
The preferred mode of payment is through bank transfer and entails no additional fees.
3. Due Dates
Payments are due as per the date stated on the invoice. Late payments may be subject to late fees or suspension of services as detailed in the contractual agreement between Nighthack Labs and the client.
Refunds and Cancellations
1. No Refunds
As invoices are raised only against work items that have been delivered, Nighthack Labs does not offer refunds. Clients are encouraged to review the work thoroughly before payment and address any concerns or revisions as per the terms of the service agreement.
2. Failed Transactions
In the event of a failed transaction, the amount debited (if any) will be refunded according to the bank’s policies governing such transactions. Nighthack Labs is not responsible for any delays or terms imposed by the bank involved.
3. Disputes
Any disputes related to payments should first be addressed by contacting Nighthack Labs at info@nighthack.in. If the dispute is not resolved, clients can escalate the issue by sending a detailed email to legal@nighthack.in.
4. Cancellation of Services
If a client wishes to cancel a service, they must refer to the specific terms outlined in their service agreement. Cancellation does not absolve the obligation to pay any outstanding invoices issued for work already completed.
Shipping and Exchange
1. Shipping
Shipping is not applicable as Nighthack Labs delivers services before raising an invoice. There is no physical delivery involved, and all deliverables are provided digitally or through agreed-upon platforms.
2. Exchange Rates
Any transaction involving foreign currency will be subject to the prevailing exchange rates. The payee is responsible for any exchange rate differences and overheads associated with currency conversion. Nighthack Labs will bill in the agreed-upon currency, and the payee will bear any additional costs incurred from currency exchange.
Disclosure
This Payment Policy is part of the contractual agreement between Nighthack Labs and its clients. By making a payment, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this document. Nighthack Labs reserves the right to modify these policies and will communicate any changes to its clients.
